Such a wonderful experience. From first check in with Vanessa who was so thoughtful and engaging…to the night auditor Raj (?) offering me a pre-made very early breakfast to go while I awaited the shuttle for my early flight. The room was modern, spotless and so very comfortable. The Marriott Bonvoy experience did not disappoint recognizing my choice in location of room and even the type of pillow! I HIGHLY recommend this Marriott for ease to the airport and true Marriott quality with associates and amenities and surroundings.

Great hotel for the family. From the pool to the hot tub and free breakfast. The room was huge and we were in room 709 which is a corner room so you get the view of all the planes with 2 windows and 2 tvs. 1 tv was perfect for my sports and the other was for the kids. I can't forget the staff as soon as I got there Chris welcomed me in and made me feel like a boss and Chris was great helped me switched room so the kids could see the planes take off and land. Chris you were awesome thank you.

Very pleasantly surprised when we stayed at this hotel! Rooms are huge and clean, plus very quiet. Amenities in rooms are great. Morning breakfast (which is complimentary) is extremely generous and the staff are really warm and welcoming. Huge washrooms. Lobby spaces expansive to meet with friends. And some of the best pricing I have seen in a long time - well done!!

Never seen such large and spacious rooms. Great for hosting groups. Very nice place. Breakfast staff are not very friendly though. Otherwise great place for reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean hotel. Always have fresh coffee and tea in the lobby! Friendly staff, only issue was no complimentary water in rooms and the shuttle service to the airport isn’t the most convenient, always a wait for the shuttle and you must call in advance.

Loved my stay of 3 nights over the long weekend. Night front desk person Mr. Raid was really helpful and has one of the best employee. I really wanted to put good word for him everywhere. Taking away 1 star because I feel it breakfast could have been better. Overall it was an awesome stay! Highly recommend it.

I have stayed here several times and always had wonderful stays. Tonight I checked in and found out that I made a mistake and booked a non-refundable. I am here on business as I always am and don’t need the last night. I spoke with the night manager who was very accommodating and offered to look into it for me. Within 10 minutes he had fixed it, removed the last night, and let me know of a timeline to see the return to the credit card. As always my room is very nice, clean, and as I booked it and everyone was wonderful to deal with. Thank you for helping me out and rest assured I will pay attention for the next booking to make sure I click the regular reservation.

Overall Excellent experience! Check-in was a breeze with the help of “Riad” at the front desk. He was extremely professional and helpful. Even helped me secure EV charging spot after one of the guest was done. Rooms were clean, washroom was up to date and this hotel should of been listed on google a least 3 stars property. Complimentary breakfast was great. Little crowded for my taste but it tells you that folks loved it. Will definitely re-book and hope to see Riad and the rest of the team for our next trip to Ottawa . Cheers!
